As Jessica’s mom, reading How to Prevent Equestrian Burnout filled me with pride, awe, and deep emotion. I watched Jessy grow up surrounded by the demands of a busy horse life and as a way of living… and to see her turn those experiences into a book so honest, compassionate, and insightful is truly moving. In those days equestrian burnout wasnt even a thought!!!
Her words made me reflect, feel understood, and reminded me how important it is to care for both ourselves and our horses. This book comes from her heart and lived experience, and I know it will touch anyone who loves the equestrian world as deeply as we do.

Kraai Kamffer

The “How to prevent equestrian burnout” book has helped me recognize where I have burned out and where I can fix it. The 30 day reset plan had everything from how to release, restore, realign and rebuild. This book will help you find and rediscover the joy in riding.
Because sometimes you can love horses so much but still feel burntout. This book helps you fix your burnout with a 30 day plan that resets your equestrian journey.
